In today’s episode, Rajan travels to Saint Lucia to meet Rayneau Gajadhar, a household name and global Indian. From selling ice cream to operating quarries, Rayneau has lived the Saint Lucian dream and is now owner of one of the largest construction companies in the region.

Inspired by a Syrian refugee, today’s conversation is a tremendous insight into the psychology of business and his motivations. His candidness takes a look at the changing tides of politics and why it is so important to stimulate and educate youth in the practicalities of the world.
