Our last episode on Brown business caused a stir. I was inundated with questions regarding Suriname and the future of the nation. Many felt that the silence from the Government and key private sector players was deafening, especially given the current state of affairs.
As a result, Minister of Economic Affairs Rishma KuldipSingh, chose to take the mantel to help guide me on other key issues that require the oxygen of publicity. We look at the social economic factors that keep this small Dutch speaking nation afloat, whilst understanding the Government’s perspective of national identity in the face of economic turmoil and how it looks to restore trust.
