The sunshine state of Florida is known across the globe - for Disneyland, bad memes and a community of global minds from Latin America, the Caribbean and India. However, with US elections planned for 2024, Florida is becoming a battleground of contradictory ideas, that not only continuously reshapes local ideologies, but could hold the key to the national identity of politics.

Today I am joined by investor, board member and coach Aarthi Ramappa, who guides me through the emerging concepts that define the State as well as a deeper understanding to her life’s work.

About  Arathi Ramappa

Arathi Ramappa is a certified executive and spiritual coach, Forbes Coaches Council member, UN’s University speaker, and management consultant who helps individuals thrive in life and business. Using the concepts of emotional intelligence, self-compassion, mindfulness, and conflict management, Arathi has helped clients reduce stress, increase productivity, execute business strategy, develop leadership skills, diminish conflict in relationships, implement positive behaviors, and increase confidence. She created the EASE Experience™ methodology to help others Explore, Analyze, Strengthen, and Empower their thinking to identify and conquer obstacles to success and change their lives and businesses.

She is currently the Chair of the Board for The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, the DE&I Council Chair at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, a member of their Board of Governors, a Diploma Coach for the UN’s University for Peace, and a member of the advisory board for Western Washington University’s Entrepreneur and Innovation Program. She has a B.A. in International Studies and lives in Miami Beach.
