Trying hard to understand teenagers' world?

Whether you're parenting a teenager, pre-teen, or primary school student, this episode remains pertinent. Understanding the world of teenagers and deciphering their often perplexing behavior can be challenging for any parent. Some of us are already immersed in this experience, while others are beginning to notice the signs, leaving many wondering if they're adequately prepared to navigate the teenage years.

In today's episode, our guest, Dr. Dinesh Nehete, sheds light on the intricacies of the teenage world and offers insights for parents on how to navigate this period smoothly from the outset. He discusses strategies for minimizing conflicts and building stronger bonds to alleviate parental anxieties and empower teenagers to make sound decisions.

Dr. Dinesh, a PhD in Physics, transitioned from a successful corporate career to pursue his passion for parenting coaching and counseling in 2014. Drawing from his observations of adult behavior in leadership roles and his experiences as a parent of a hyperactive child, he founded two NGOs—Enreach Foundation and Enreach Learning—with a mission to raise awareness about child development among parents. To date, he has trained over 18,000 parents and assisted 45+ schools and their educators.

We have covered the following in this episode:

 - What is the teenage world like?
